Their domain was purchased in Aug 2009, and is an exact copy-paste replica of VoIPCNAM.com! It doesn't even have any working logic - none of the forms work, and the query server only returns a canned text response. Nice work, Innovative Communications!
And, as found on a freelancing software development board:
